The pills are used to treat allergy symptoms. The New Hartford Police Department is asking all parents to inspect their children's Halloween treats. Special attention should be paid to any treats that are not commercially packaged. The gift bag in this case is a small white paper bag that is approximately 3 and 1/2 inches wide and 6 inches tall, that has a scarecrow and pumpkin on the front and the words 'Trick or Treat' across the top. The back of the bag has the companies name 'Fun-World', Glen Cove, New York printed on the bottom of it.
